Interior

The home unfolds over two spacious levels designed for flow and comfort. The main floor welcomes you into a bright open living area where contemporary design meets warmth, centered around a fireplace and framed by large openings that draw the landscape inside. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area support easy, shared living.

 

Two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are located on this level, with beds that can be arranged as twins if needed. On the lower level, four additional double bedrooms, all en suite, offer privacy and calm, making the villa ideal for families or groups who want to stay together without sacrificing personal space.

 

Exterior

Outside, long summer days revolve around the 50 m² private pool, surrounded by loungers, parasols, and wide views toward sea and mountains. A safety gate adds peace of mind for families. The lawn softens the architecture, while the shaded pergola hosts a built in barbecue, large dining table, and relaxed seating for slow evenings outdoors. A table tennis area adds a playful touch to the stay.
